What’s the Process?
Firstly, we do a full marketing review of your current presence, look at what is working and what isn’t. This also allows us to understand what you are looking to achieve from your website and your expectations. In addition to gaging your target audience. Once we have completed your marketing review and consultation you are given the review document with our advice.
The Design Brief
If you are happy to proceed with our recommendation and purchase your design we get to work on your design brief. A copy of the design brief will be emailed over to you within a week of purchase (allow 2 weeks in busy periods). Our team will contact you to discuss the design brief and allow you to add your own ideas.

The Design Stage
Once we have all your material and you are happy with the design brief you move to the design stage. Our designers will work on your site and provide you with your first draft to view. You will always speak to the same account manager who will liaise with your designer throughout this stage. If you are unhappy with the design this is no problem. As our designs are bespoke we will make amendment post sign off until you are happy.

Own Your Website
Many companies claim to let you own your website but in reality, only provide an HTML copy of your site. This is not much use to your new hosting company. Queen B Marketing and Website has a “No Hassle Cancel and Transfer” policy. This means should you wish to host your website elsewhere we will provide you with a copy of your site files and databases. We will not charge you a fee to transfer your domain name and aim to act immediately on request.

You are not committed to a minimum term contract with Queen B Marketing and Websites. We firmly believe that you should not be forced to stay with a company in any way.
